QUALITY POLICY

Meeting customer satisfaction through continuous improvement, maintaining effectiveness of the quality management system and complying to regulatory requirements to achieve quality, safe, reliable, and efficacious products; supported with excellent service.

QUALITY OBJECTIVE​

  1. To reduce defect rate or any improvement by minimum of 3% annually.
  2. To reduce external complaints to 25% cases/year.
  3. To reduce to zero nonconformities (NC) for regulatory inspections, and zero (major NC) and 50% (minor NC) for external audits.
  4. To effectively respond to internal audit findings with corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) within the stipulated timelines according to finding classifications critical (5 working days), major (10 working days), minor (15 working days) from the official date of issuance.
  5. No breaching of customers’ contractual requirements.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)

  • Environmental Policy

Ain Medicare commits to:

  1. Protect the environment and prevent pollution by minimizing environmental impact from operation and distribution activities, through sustainable resource use, and implementing climate change mitigation and adaptation.
  2. Comply with all applicable compliance obligations; legal, organisational, and customer requirements, that are relevant to our operations.
  3. Strive for continual improvement of our Environmental Management System to enhance our environmental performance.
  4. Communicate the policy and promote environmental awareness to all employees, suppliers, and other interested parties of Ain Medicare.

Identify manufacturing and distribution activities for our pharmaceutical products that have an impact on the environment and to reduce these impacts.
Our commitments:

  • Environmental Objective 2024-2028
  1. To reduce 10% of water rejection from water treatment plant 2 by 2028.
  2. To reduce energy unit indicator (EUI) from electricity consumption by 1% per year.
  3. To reduce energy unit indicator (EUI) from diesel consumption by 2% per year.
  4. To reduce disposal of pharmaceutical waste to scheduled waste contractor by 2% per year.
  5. To reduce waste disposal to landfill by 1% per year.
